We Are
It is a dark time for the Rebellion.
Although the
Deathstar has been destroyed, the Institute has declared that
there must be another Hackathon. Many coders from across the
galaxy have answered the call of the force.
A group of coding warriors, calling themselves 'The ChewHakkas',
led by Micah Francis has established a plan to construct a
website devoted to the evil lord himself, in the hope of winning
the Institutes approval, and the coveted prize.
The evil lord Duck Vader will seek only those whom the Institute
deem worthy…

I have a financial background in people management and have a natural talent for developing others. My other interests include Exercising, Astrology/Numerology and watching Anime.

My interests include the internet of things, all things digital. I love discovering new innovative tech, apps, and meeting new people. I am a movie buff, a gamer and have a wide taste in music.

This is my first Hackathon. Despite finishing the Code Institute course a while ago, I have not taken part in a Hackathon before. I am a sci-fi nerd so when I saw the theme was Star Wars, the pull of the force was too strong to resist! When I'm not exploring the galaxy you can find me with my family enjoying nature here on Earth or building in our Minecraft realm.

My 4th hackathon this is! It's great working with people and learning so much each time. I was a Science teacher for 10 years and spend most of my free time at the theatre or performing with amateur dramatics. Working with people brings me joy!
